Registration

Course attendance is by pre-registration only. Premier EDA Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to refuse entry for delegates with non-confirmed places or for delegates who have not adhered to the agreed payment terms.

The Advanced Certification is open only to those who hold a CID Certification.

On issuing our final Invoice, a Self-Study Pack will be sent to the delegate(s), this will include: all course materials, a copy of the terms and conditions of the course, travel instructions and a list of local hotels. Delegates will be responsible for making (and paying for) their accommodation and travel to the course.

We would appreciate efforts from the delegates to ensure that the payment terms are adhered to – please liase with your purchasing/finance departments. Upon receipt of full payment delegates will be allowed to attend the workshop. An examination voucher will be presented immediately after the workshop.

Course start and finish times

The 2˝-day workshop/exam starts at 9:30 am promptly all three days. The first 2-days finish at approximately 4:30 pm; the third day will finish at 1.00 pm at the latest, this is after the exam. While all reasonable efforts to address individual requirements will be made, Premier EDA Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to adhere to these published start and finish times irrespective of how completely the course materials have been covered. In the event where delegates are expecting to discuss specific issues not provided for in the course syllabus, we strongly advise advanced notification so that a suitable response may be prepared. Premier EDA Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to limit the number of dates to which the delegates may attend the workshop, to the one which was agreed at the time of purchase. This does not affect the delegates right to take the exam as and when a place is available, providing the examination voucher is produced at the venue.

Course content

Premier EDA Solutions Ltd. has made every effort to ensure that the contents of the course promotional materials match with the content of the actual course. Due to our policy for continual improvement of the course however we reserve the right to change the contents of the course without prior notification.

Cancellation Policy

After registering for the course and receiving the Self-Study Pack, payments will not be refunded on cancellation unless return of the Self-Study Pack and written notice is given of cancellation within 14 days from placing the order.

Delegates will be expected to attend the workshop that they have registered for, it will not be possible for delegates to alter these dates or attend a subsequent workshop without incurring additional cost. Customers may substitute alternative named delegates for others in their organisation so long as notice is given prior to the start of the course. This does not affect the delegates’ right to take the exam as and when a place is available, providing the examination voucher is produced at the venue.

If for any reason, a course is cancelled, delegates will be informed as soon as possible and either payments may be
returned, or alternative places may be found on a subsequent course. This constitutes the limit of liability accepted
by Premier EDA Solutions Ltd.

Protection of copyright

The materials used during the course, including the audio-visuals and delegate notes are copyright Premier EDA Solutions Ltd. or IPC, and may not be reproduced in any way without express written permission. Additional materials and indeed rights to reproduce the entire course may be purchased, please contact us for details. Premier EDA Solutions Ltd. will seek compensation and may embark on legal proceedings should companies be suspected of copying and re-distributing such copyrighted materials.

Warranties and liabilities

Premier EDA Solutions Ltd. makes no warranty of any kind with regard to the promotional materials or the course content, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. Premier EDA Solutions Ltd. shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages (including but not
limited to lost profits) arising out of, or relating to, the promotional materials or the course content, even if Premier EDA Solutions Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages occurring.
