Premier EDA Solutions is proud to announce the new Altium Designer 6 training series. The courses have been designed to provide an invaluable wealth of information for Altium Designer engineers.

The current series of courses include a formal introduction to schematic capture and PCB layout. We have also just introduced a new Circuit Simulation course with Altium Designer 6 and hope to introduce a LiveDesign course, incorporating embedded intelligence functions next year.

Custom and Onsite Training

Our courses are generally run on a monthly basis from our training suite in Hertfordshire. If this doesn't meet with your needs, we'll be happy to arrange either on-site or specially-scheduled sessions for you.

Training Courses

A one-day hands-on course designed to introduce the features and functionality of the Altium Designer schematic system. Ideal for delegates just starting with this powerful schematic software or for those requiring a more formal introduction to the concepts and operation of the system.

This is a high quality tutor-led interactive training class. Attendees may reasonably expect to be able to produce correct schematic documents, create new schematic libraries, generate bills of materials plus printed outputs and organise their design environment as a result of this course.

A two-day introductory workshop style course which will introduce the features and benefits of the Altium Designer PCB layout system. This course is ideal for new users and existing users requiring a more formal introduction to the concepts and operation of the system.

Delegates will be introduced to the PCB user interface, PCB libraries, interactive placement and routing and the design rules to name a few topics the course covers.

A one-day course designed to provide hands-on and conceptual familiarisation with the features and operation of the Altium Designer 6 simulation system. This course is a perfect compliment to our other introductory tutorials for schematic capture and PCB layout with Altium Designer 6.

Delegates will be introduced to the simulation user interface, simulation libraries, the waveform viewer and digital simulation to name a few topics the course covers.
