Component searching

A new facility has been added to allow parametric- and query-based component searches. The searches can be done while doing other tasks so that you can browse and place the results while using the search facilities. The search dialog will automatically build a query from the string that you type, simplifying the process of performing searches. Search results are presented in the Libraries panel, where you can double-click on a library in the result list to install it.
