Unlike simple capture programs that flatten hierarchy and physically copy-and-paste sheets to construct multiple channels, the Altium Designer schematic editor maintains design hierarchy at all times, allowing you to change all channel instances with a single edit. Circuitry can be reused by simply referencing the same subsheet using multiple sheet symbols, or by including the REPEAT keyword in the designator of a single sheet symbol.
